Sleep is very important, it restores a human’s energy so that a human can work something on they want to work on, but sleeping does not equally give them energy if they have an unhealthy sleeping pattern. An unhealthy sleeping pattern can drain them throughout the day because of insufficient energy that a human can get from that unhealthy sleeping schedule. Sleep is also important because it enables the body to repair and be fit and ready for another day.
Sleep can enhance brain function as well as overall motor skills. When we do not get enough sleep, our minds become tired, forgetful, impatient, and unable to respond appropriately to a variety of situations. People can see how you react to certain types of things, they can see how you perform on your job or task, they can see that you will have different mood swings, and can change you to something that you dislike. When you do not get enough sleep, you are not the person that you are. That is when your mentality can take a toll on you because of lack of sleep.
Sleep as well can affect a person’s ability to properly use language or communication, sustaining attention, understanding what they read, and summarizing what they are observing through time. If one compromises their sleep, they also compromise their mood, performance, and their interpersonal relationship. Sleep has also been proven to strengthen a person’s immune system. Getting a person’s sleep pattern right is to stick to that specific healthy sleep pattern to keep themselves healthy. A person’s sleep is like controlled by the circadian body clock located in the depths of a person’s brain. When a person’s body decides it is time to rest, it assists them in preparing for sleep the night before. It also inhibits different bodily functions that are linked with functioning with a person’s body while they are awake.
A sleep routine important to follow throughout our lives. The pattern, also known as a sleep-wake pattern, is a 24-hour sleep cycle rhythm that informs a person’s body when to sleep and when to wake up. It is a cycle that keeps repeating itself as a result of a person’s sleeping patterns. A person’s sleep schedule is crucial in terms of overall health and wellness. The reason for this is because a person’s sleep pattern can be affected by several other factors. Environment is an such as, where a certain temperature of a person’s environment can influential to a person’s sleep pattern whether it will prolong or shortened their sleep. Sleep Deprivation can be a result from lack of sleep, where a person is continuously suffering on going to sleep thus this is the condition that they get from continuously experiencing lack of sleep. There are countless of possibilities that can cause this particular condition one of which is taking place to a person’s work where they are overworking themselves to the point that they are not getting the rest that they need, another possibility can be because of deadlines where the implemented deadline can pressure them, sometimes people who are submitting work 5 hours before the actual deadline. A sleeping environment can also be a possible cause where a noisy environment or temperature can affect our sleep making a person feel more awake because of a certain situation that is happening to his/her environment.

Sleeping is the most basic thing humans can do but it is often done by many people because of the things that they have to do in their everyday life that conflicts their sleep time. It is important to know how sleep deprivation can affect a person’s health. A person can receive several health risks when they are not having enough sleep, a bad sleeping habit can affect their overall health, even if they keep eating healthy, bad sleeping patterns can still affect their body negatively. Getting enough sleep is essential for helping a person maintain optimal health and well-being. When it comes to their health, sleep is as vital as regular exercise and eating a balanced diet.
